Biography

Born March 9, 1970 in the city of Rostov-on-Don.

In the late 80s and early 90s. worked as the head of the city school of pedagogical detachments in the Rostov Palace of Pioneers.

1991: Created the Rostov Student Union

In 1991, he created one of the first independent youth organizations of the region - the Rostov Student Union, becoming its leader.

1993: Representation of the President of Russia in the Rostov Region

Since 1993, he worked in the Representative Office of the President of Russia in the Rostov Region as an expert specialist.

1994: Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region of the first convocation

In November 1994, he was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region of the first convocation.

In 1996, he was deputy chairman of the permanent commission on local self-government.

1998: Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region of the second convocation

On October 6, 2016, at the 35th (extraordinary) meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region of the fifth convocation, he was elected Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region.

At the first meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region of the sixth convocation on September 14, 2018, he was again elected Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region.

According to information on the income of officials officially published on the regional government website, in 2013, the income of Ishchenko Alexander Valentinovich amounted to 3 million 446 thousand rubles.
