Ivan Viktorovich was born in Angarsk, Irkutsk Region. Graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2009.

From 2006 to 2013, he worked at VimpelCom, Kaspersky Lab, Open Technologies, where he went from a technical support engineer to a service sales and outsourcing manager.

In 2013, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Technical Presale Department, and later - Director of the Technical Presale Department to the largest Russian company in the field of outsourcing IT and business processes Maykor.

In 2017, he was appointed vice president of Maykor for the development of the print service. At the same time, he developed as general director of Rostoner and Rostoner Service projects for the localization of toner and cartridge production in the Russian Federation.

In 2019, he was appointed General Director of Russian Railways-TechService. Marked by Gratitude and Certificate of Honor of the General Director of JSCo Russian Railways.

In 2019, Russian Railways-TechService launched a comprehensive strategic development program - the consolidation of support services for all elements of the user's IT infrastructure of Russian Railways, participation in complex integration and transformation projects of a federal scale, the launch of a new direction for supporting life support systems and engineering equipment, and the implementation of infrastructure projects in the format of a life cycle contract. Work is underway to further diversify the portfolio of services to ensure the operational stability of the company, development prospects.
