In 1986-1988 served in the Soviet Army, in the city of Moscow.

In 1997 graduated from the Karachay-Cherkess state Institute of Technology, specialty – the civil engineer;

In 2002 graduated from the Krasnodar legal institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, specialty – the lawyer.

Political and public work

2009–2010 – The Chairman of the Committee of People's Assembly (Parliament) of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic on agrarian policy, natural resources and environmental management, the cities of Cherkessk.

Since 2009 – the head of the Circassian city department of the United Russia Party. From 2/11/2010 and for February 19, 2013 – the Chairman of People's Assembly (Parliament) of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic of the IV convocation.
