Biography

Was born on December 29, 1972 in uts. Upper Rogachik of Verkhnerogachiksky district of the Kherson region.

In 1995 graduated from the Poltava cooperative institute majoring in "economy and management at the enterprise", "the economist - the manager".

  • Since December, 2006 - the director of the department of economy of the Tyumen region.

2008: Appointment as the deputy governor of the Tyumen region
