Biography

Evgeny was born on September 06, 1967 in the city of Sverdlovsk. Studied at school No. 5 of the city of Sverdlovsk.

Processing of metals pressure", qualification "metallurgical engineer" got an education at the Ural polytechnical institute of S.M. Kirov, in 1984, in ".

Afterwards, in 2004 there was the Ural academy of public service, in "the public and municipal administration", qualification "manager", and in 2009 Evgeny Karaman defended the dissertation and became the candidate of sociological sciences.

In 1991 and for 1993 Evgeny worked as the assistant at department of processing of metals pressure of the Ural polytechnical institute of S.M. Kirov.

In 1993 left the higher school and for 2006 worked in positions: deputy minister, head of department, leading specialist of the Ministry of the general and professional education of Sverdlovsk region.

In 2006 Karaman joined staff of UMMC as the director of the Technical university UMMC-Holding LLC under construction where he worked for 2009.

In 2009 returned to the higher school again as the vice rector for business education of the Ural state economic university where worked till 2010 then became the chief of personnel administration, the associate professor of sociology (in combination) of the Russian state professional and pedagogical university.

In 2011 held a position of the head of department of personnel development of UMMC-Holding LLC in Verkhnyaya Pyshma.

For February 10, 2014 Evgeny Vadimovich Karaman works as the director of the Technical university UMMC.
