2024: Appointment as General Director of the Russian Fishery Company

In mid-May 2024, the Russian Fishing Company (RRPK) announced the change of CEO. Olga Naumova will be replaced by Savely Karpukhin, who previously worked in the group as director of strategy and commercial issues.

We thank Olga, during these two years we managed to form a strong team, achieve high operational results, launch a new fleet, and find solutions in a rapidly transforming market. Olga transfers the operational management to Savely Karpukhin, who has been working for the company for several years. I am sure that Savely's experience and the well-coordinated work of all divisions will lead to the further implementation of the planned strategy, - commented on the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of RRPK Evgeny Orlov.

Savely Karpukhin himself said that he will adhere to the implementation of the long-term strategy of the RRPK - he will continue to produce natural fish products with high added value, maintain a focus on improving quality and, together with processing partners, will continue to develop new high-quality and affordable pollock products.

The construction of the new fleet will give us the opportunity to continue to provide new modern, safe automated jobs and become an unconditional technological leader in the fishing industry not only in Russia, but also in the world, he said.

Olga Naumova, commenting on her departure from the RRPK, noted that the company is one of the leaders in the fishing industry in Russia, it has an effective result-oriented team.

It was possible to change the working conditions of our fishermen, to establish production processes for obtaining high-quality products, to rebuild supply chains, including the technical equipment of ships. I am sure that the RRPK will cope with all the challenges and strengthen its leadership, "Naumova added.[1]
