Career

2007-2018

From 2007 to 2009 - General Director of the Russian direction of the international development company AFI Development.

In 2011, he was appointed Deputy General Director of the Etalon Group. In August 2016, he headed Etalon, in 2018 he left the post of general director of the group.

2022

Dmitry Kashinsky joined the GloraX team in August 2022. The main tasks as chief operating officer were global scaling and a multiple increase in business, the company's press service said.

2024: Appointment as President of the GloraX Development Group

On January 11, 2024, the GloraX development group announced the appointment of Dmitry Kashinsky as the new president of the company in which he previously served as chief operating officer.

Previously, the position of president of Glorax was held by the founder of the company and former co-owner of the developer Tekta Group Andrei Birzhin. He will continue to serve as the company's chairman and board member. In this role, Birzhin will be engaged in the development of the company "at a strategic level," Glorax said in a statement.

According to Kashinsky, his foundation, the goal in the position of the president of Glorax is to contribute to the further growth of the company, which is scheduled for the coming years in preparation for the exit IPO in 2025.

Now in front of me and the team is the task of multiplying business growth and financial indicators, as well as strengthening regional expansion. I am sure that we will cope with all the challenges and fully implement the previously adopted development strategy, - said Dmitry Kashinsky.

Glorax is involved in residential, commercial and community real estate development. Geography of activity - Moscow, Petersburg, Leningrad region, Nizhny Novgorod and Kazan.^[1]
