Biography

Arkady was born on June 3, 1968 in Perm.

For 1985 studied at school No. 72.

From 1986 to 1988 performed compulsory military service in AF.

In 1993 ended the CCGT.

Since 1993 worked in financial and economic structures of Perm.

In 1997 worked as the deputy in Legislative assembly of the Perm region.

In 2001 received a position of the vice governor of the Perm region.

In 2005 became the first deputy governor of the Perm region.

In 2006 became the head of city administration of Perm (citymenedzher).

In 2009 it is discharged of a position.

In 2010 became the board member of JSC TGC-9 as the Chairman of the Committee on energy saving and energy efficiency.

In 2011 it was elected the deputy of the Perm City Council of the fifth convocation, it is appointed the first deputy chairman of municipal duma.

In 2011 joined the board JSC JSB Ural FD, the structure of committee on the strategy of Adonis Insurance Company LLC.

For March 31, 2017 Arkady Borisovich Katz works as the CEO of EKS LLC.
