Biography

Nikolay was born on August 13, 1972 in the city of Stavropol. Graduated at the Stavropol state technical university, in 1995, as "engineer-economist", and in 2008 financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation according to the MVA-Finansy program.

From 1997 to 2002 Nikolay worked in Europa-Invest investment and finance company.

In 1999 and for 2002 took part in the management of the Stavropol plant of piston rings of Stapri and JSC Nevinnomyssk Plant of Bakery Products (as the CEO).

In 2002 Nikolay Kazakov is appointed the director of the Stavropol City Electric Supply Company Municipal Unitary Enterprise.

From 2004 to 2005 worked as the director of the branch "Central Electric Networks" of JSC Stavropolyenergo then it is appointed the deputy director for economy and finance - the head of the department of economy and finance of JSC IDGC of Siberia.

In 2006 worked as the deputy CEO for MTS and marketing of JSC IDGC of Siberia.
