2025: Comments on Lesta Games Judicial Account Blocking

On April 30, 2025, the founder, owner and head of Lesta Games (Lesta Games) Malik Khatazhaev commented on the judicial blocking of the company's accounts at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office and the requirement to seize 100% of the video game developer in state revenue. According to him, the imposed restrictions "have a destructive effect" on all operating activities.

Khatazhaev emphasizes that the accusation of extremism "concerns other people, other actions." With the owner of the Wargaming.net Viktor Kislov, Lesta Games, according to its head, has no relationship since August 2023.

I am accused of creating an extremist association with Viktor Kislov. He lived in his old age. And suddenly, being a patriot, he became an extremist. Of course, bitter and insulting. We are not in contact with Viktor Kislov. There is no evidence that we were withdrawing money somewhere, "says Khatazhaev.

He notes that the company is cooperating with the prosecutor's office, transferring all requested materials. All information related to the case is in the hands of law enforcement agencies. At the same time, according to Khatazhaev, it will be "very difficult to prove what he did not do." The imposed judicial restrictions negatively affect the interaction with partners. All major strategic projects are frozen, but work continues.

If the court satisfies the claim, then, obviously, the procedure is simple: the company becomes the property of the Federal Property Management Agency. A representative of the Federal Property Management Agency comes, takes this company, and then everything has several options for the development of events. All of them are complex, nothing is completely clear. Then there will be fog. Right now, we're fighting for the truth. We continue to believe and cooperate, to be open and honest. Our position does not change, - adds Khatazhaev.[1]
