Biography

Rustem Khayretdinov was born on March 30, 1966.

Education

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University. Career

He began his career in 1992 at Steepler.

For 2 years he worked at Kaspersky Lab as deputy director of the Russian office. During this time, the company has achieved significant sales growth and strengthening its position in the corporate data protection market.

In 2004, he headed the commercial block of InfoWatch and for several years brought InfoWatch to the leaders of the Russian market. In 2007, he became Deputy General Director of the company, in 2016 - Vice President.

In 2008, he was appointed President of the Business Information Security Association (BISA).

Since 2010, he led Appercut Security, part of the InfoWatch Group.

In 2017, he became CEO of Attack Killer, a company specializing in continuous comprehensive protection of web resources and applications, as well as tools for automated code control during development.

2020: Moving to BI.Zone

On October 19, 2020, BI.Zone, a subsidiary of Sberbank, announced the appointment of Rustem Khayretdinov as growth director. In his position, his duties included managing the organization's front office: the commercial unit and the units responsible for marketing and PR.

Despite his appointment to BI.Zone, Rustem Khayretdinov still remained a shareholder of two companies included in InfoWatch: Attack Killer, which he previously headed, as well as InfoWatch Laboratories. In both organizations, he owns a share of 10%.

Together with Khayretdinov, the sales direction of BI.Zone was strengthened by his colleagues, with whom he worked together since the creation of the InfoWatch commercial department - Konstantin Levin, who previously served as vice president of the company, and Elena Suchkova, who previously worked as its commercial director.
