2019: 4 years of colony for sale of educational computers
On September 20, 2019 it became known that the Military court of the Moscow garrison sentenced to four years of colony settlement of the former senior technician of FSB of Russia Academy of Artur Khayrullin for sale of the computer equipment belonging to faculty of foreign languages on the websites of free declarations.
According to Kommersant, Khayrullin worked as the senior technician of academy and in a year managed to disassemble more than 500 computers. He sold processors, modules of memory and other component parts on Avito and Spinning top.
The FSB Academy received computers which the ensign sold in parts in April, 2016, however because of some difficulties the educational institution could not move to audiences. The equipment was described. Artur Khayrullin was responsible for property, it had keys from all offices.
Within a year it sold component parts, and loss was noticed only in the fall by the 2018th. Then the ensign said to the deputy chief of faculty that he could not save property in integrity. Inventory showed that honor in all computers there are no processors and modules of memory.

He began to spend money for rates in the sports totalizator and hoped to return everything. But it was not possible to win, and he sold more and more parts.
In March of the 2018th Khayrullin thought again, took the credit in bank, purchased 25 processors and inserted them into system units. Soon after that it started over again taking out parts from computers.
Everything obtained, according to the ensign, it spent for needs of members of the family. The investigation found that he removed all and sold 430 Intel processors worth 14-15 thousand rubles of each and 505 modules of RAM at 1.5-2.5 thousand. The general damages were assessed at 7.273 million rubles.[1]
