Career
2015-2021
In 2015-2019 Khodakovsky worked at the Kalashnikov concern, where he was responsible for building a partnership between the enterprise and private investors. Then he led corporate development projects at Rostec, and in 2021 he took the post of Deputy General Director of RT-Capital.
2023: Appointment as CEO of RT-Capital
On December 20, 2023, Rostec announced the appointment of Denis Khodakovsky as the new general director of the subsidiary RT-Capital. The latter, as part of the state corporation, carries out activities to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Rostec by establishing control and consolidation of accounts payable of organizations.
As explained in Rostec, in the position of the head of RT-Capital, Denis Khodakovsky will continue to develop the company in accordance with a long-term strategy. Deputy General Director of Rostec Alexander Nazarov named Denis Khodakovsky a manager with knowledge and understanding of the specifics of working with problematic and complex enterprises of the group.
During his work in the Rostec circuit, he has accumulated experience in the field of anti-crisis management, the sale of non-core assets and financial recovery. In his new position, Khodakovsky will continue to develop and intensify the work of RT-Capital as the center of the corporation's investment resource, Nazarov said (his words are quoted by the Rostec press service). |
Denis Khodakovsky himself, commenting on his appointment to the position of CEO of RT-Capital, said that the company intends to both develop successful practices developed over its 13-year history of RT-Capital and apply new approaches that correspond to current challenges.[1]
