2021: Suicide after the death of parents from COVID-19
On October 17, 2021, it became known about the tragedy in the Elizabethan hospital: 36-year-old Daria Horovskaya, who worked as an orthodontic dentist, jumped out of the ninth floor of the medical institution. The girl was taken to intensive care still alive, but doctors did not save her.
This was reported by the Telegram channel "Mash on the Wash." According to him, shortly before the suicide, the Russian woman buried both parents. The cause of their death was coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. They were also doctors. Father Oleg Horovsky was a candidate of medical sciences and an assistant in the department of facial surgery, and mother Lina Horovskaya was a professor in the department of laboratory diagnostics. Daria Horovskaya herself followed in the footsteps of her parents - for ten years she worked as an orthodontist.
According to preliminary data, Daria Horovskaya was admitted to a St. Petersburg hospital with complications caused by coronavirus infection. The neighbors on the ward said that in the hospital the girl kept talking about the death of her parents.
According to Komsomolskaya Pravda Petersburg, Daria Horovskaya was not married, she also had no children.

Lina Horovsky's cousin Vadim Bobarykin told the publication that Daria's parents had previously divorced. Despite the divorce, Oleg's funeral lay on the shoulders of Lina's ex-wife. The man had heart problems. At 58, he got to the surgeon's table, but the operation to remove blood clots was successful, according to relatives.
After the operation, he was transferred to the general ward for rehabilitation. There was also a patient with coronavirus. Oleg then had a weakened body, the immunity was not so good. So he contracted the disease, from which he eventually died, recalls Vadim Bobarykin.[1]
