Position

Kim Ruslan Eduardovich is the Minister of Economic Development and Industry of the Irkutsk region. Is the person who is responsible for informatization of the region.

Biography

Ruslan Kim was born in Irkutsk in 1979.

Education

Graduated in 2001 from the Irkutsk State University, and in 2009 - Institute of business and business administration of Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Career

• In 2001 began to work in regional branch of JSC "ElektroSvyaz" of JSC Sibirtelecom as the specialist engineer of department of work with VIP clients of the settlement and service center. Worked there at different positions till 2007. Then it is appointed the associate director – the commercial director of the Irkutsk branch of JSC "Sibirtelecom".
• In 2009 based on competitive selection United Russia "The talent pool - the Professional command of the country" from the Irkutsk region entered a federal reserve of the project of a batch.
• In January, 2011 Kim was appointed the Deputy Minister of Economic Development, work, science and the higher school of the Irkutsk region. On June 20, 2012 became the Minister of Economic Development and Industry of the Angara region.

Two apartments of 32 sq.m. and 71.8 sq.m. respectively, the parking space which area of 18 sq.m., and the Audi Q 5 car are owned by the official. One more Mazda 6 car belongs to his wife.
