Kirill Sokolov has been working at Sovcombank since 2004 and has expertise and experience in banking integrations. In particular, after the acquisition of CJSC GE Money Banks, he headed this credit institution as President and integrated the bank into the structure of Sovcombank, retaining the client base and most of the team. Then in 2018, as a member of the Board of Directors of RosEuroBank, he carried out the most difficult process of joining the bank in record time, retaining 98% of the client base in small and medium-sized businesses.

On March 25, 2021, Sovcombank announced the acquisition of stakes in Vostochny Bank. The transaction takes place on market conditions and as of April 8, the FAS of the Russian Federation and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation have already been agreed. After the closing of this transaction, Kirill Sokolov, as Chairman of the Board of PJSC KB Vostochny, will deal with the integration and accession of the bank to Sovcombank.

For April 2021, Kirill Sokolov also holds the post of Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of Sovcombank.
