Elena Kishkurno was detained by employees of the Office of the Federal Security Service (FSB) in Moscow and the Moscow Region in early April 2021 while receiving a bribe in the cafe on Sadovo-Samotechnaya Street in the amount of about 5 million rubles. On the same day, an employee of the supervisory authority was taken to the capital's Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, where the woman was interrogated as part of a criminal case under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe on an especially large scale), and then she was charged.
Kommersant"" writes that during the interrogation, a relative of the former head of the main department of the state fire service MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS , Major General Valery Kishkurno, who died in 2003, did not admit her guilt in extorting a bribe, claiming that she was a victim of provocation by the security forces, and violations at the space enterprise by the prosecutor's office, according to her, were allegedly revealed.
2022:4 years in prison for bribes
Former assistant to the Moscow prosecutor Elena Kishkurno received 4 years in prison for a bribe from the leadership of the space "VNIIEM Corporation." The corresponding verdict (it also includes deprivation of the title of junior adviser to justice and a fine of 5 million rubles) in July 2022 was issued by the Meshchansky Court of Moscow.
According to Kommersant, according to one version, Elena Kishkurno initiated an unscheduled audit of VNIIEM Corporation. Not finding serious violations of the law, she nevertheless told the general director of the enterprise Leonid Makridenko that she was ready to draw up a report on the absence of allegedly identified violations for 5 million rubles. The head of the corporation pretended to agree to the proposal of the prosecutor, but at the same time filed a statement with the FSB, which took control of the situation.[1]
