Kislov Sergey Vasilyevich is a president and the chairman of the board of directors of APG "South of Russia". The chairman of the Agro-industrial union of Russia, the chairman of the All-Russian agro-industrial consolidation of employers, the chairman of the Union of producers of vegetable oils, the honorary consul of France in the south of Russia. The representative of Rostov-on-Don in legislature (in the upper house of parliament)[1]. A workgroup member of the State Council of the Russian Federation on problems of development of agro-industrial complex at the Russian President Administration. Vice president of Association of producers of soap-producing and fat-and-oil products of the Russian Federation. Member of presidium of the all-Russian public organization "The Russian Agrarian Movement — RAD".

Biography

Was born on December 7, 1960 in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, in family of teachers.

Education

1978 - graduated from high mathematical school No. 5 of Rostov-on-Don.

1983 - graduated from physical faculty of the Rostov State university majoring in of Physics.

1986 - ended the High economic courses at the University of natural sciences (Rostov-on-Don) as Economist[3].

Scientific degree

1998 - Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Career

1983-1985 - the worker, the master of district plant of improvements (Rostov-on-Don).

1985-1988 – the associate director of Soyuzenergoavtomatika experimental plant (Rostov-on-Don).

1988-1991 - the chief of subsidiary agriculture of the Rostov port.

1992 - began to work in the companies which became afterwards a basis of APG "South of Russia".

1992 - [4] founded APG "South of Russia"[4].

1992-1993 – the vice-chairman of Universal cooperative (Rostov-on-Don).

1993 - the managing director of pilot agriculture "Decorative cultures".

1993-1995 - the director of Salyut production commercial firm (Rostov-on-Don).

1995-1997 - the chairman of the board of directors of the interregional consumer union South of Russia.

1998 - the CEO of APG "South of Russia", the member of Boards of Directors of the companies which are a part of APG "South of Russia".

2007 – it is elected the head of the Agro-industrial union of Russia[5].

Social and political activity

March, 2006 - is elected by senator from the Rostov region, however the speaker of the Federation Council did not confirm its powers.

June, 2007 - is elected by the honorary consul of France in the Southern Federal District.

Member of presidium of the all-Russian public organization "The Russian Agrarian Movement — RAD".

Interesting Facts

Sergey Kislov implemented a number of investment projects for the total amount more than 30 billion rubles, including one of the largest investment projects in the south of Russia implemented in 2009 – the Novoshakhtinsk plant of oil products.
