Biography

Was born on September 2, 1979 in the city of Kaliningrad.

2000: KYuI Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

In 2000 graduated from the Kaliningrad legal institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (since 2012 - the Kaliningrad branch of the St. Petersburg university Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation) in "law".

2001: CPRF

In July, 2001 entered the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Working in a batch, there passed the way from the assistant legal adviser to the deputy manager of Legal service of the Central committee of the CPRF.

At the XV congress of the CPRF it is elected the member of Presidium of the Central committee of the CPRF.

Was the secretary of the Moscow city committee of the CPRF.

At the XVII congress of the CPRF on May 27, 2017 it is again elected the member of the Central Committee of the CPRF. On the I Plenum of the Central Committee of the CPRF convened after the congress it is elected the member of Presidium, the secretary of the Central Committee of the CPRF.

2004: Russian university of innovations

In 2004 graduated from the Russian university of innovations majoring in "political strategy".

2007: Central Electoral Commission

From 2007 to 2009 was a part of Russian Central Election Commission.

2008: Diplomatic academy Russian Foreign Ministry

In 2008 graduated from Diplomatic academy Russian Foreign Ministry majoring in "the international relations".

2009: Moscow City Duma

On October 11, 2009 it was elected the deputy of the Moscow City Duma of the fifth and sixth convocation. Was the head of CPRF faction in the Moscow City Duma. Was the vice-chairman of Commission on Public Associations and Religious Organizations Affairs.

Was a part of the commissions: on town planning, state-owned property and land use; by the legislation, the regulations, rules and procedures; the joint Moscow City Duma Commission and the Moscow region duma on coordination of legislative activities for municipal economy and housing policy.

2017: Governor of the Oryol region

On October 5, 2017 the decree President of Russia Vladimir Putin it is appointed the acting as the governor Oryol region.

In the uniform voting day on September 9, 2018 won a victory on early elections of the governor of the Oryol region, having received 83.55% of votes.

On September 14, 2018 entered a position of the head of the region.

He is married, two sons (2008 and 2005).
