Kogan Lyudmila is the head of BFA-Development CJSC, the wife of Vladimir Kogan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mosmetrostroy OJSC.

After the death of Vladimir Kogan, his widow Lyudmila became the sanatorium of Uralsib Bank. The Central Bank approved her as a sanator in April 2020.

Sovcombank agreed to buy NFC from NIKOIL Lyudmila Kogan

In May 2021, Sovcombank agreed to purchase the NFK factoring group from the financial corporation (FC) NIKOIL Lyudmila Kogan, the widow of businessman Vladimir Kogan. The assets were taken for reorganization together with Uralsib Bank, but now they are being sold off.

Getting into the register of "mass" founders of legal entities

In May 2021, the Federal Tax Service entered Lyudmila Kogan in the register of "mass" founders of legal entities. According to the criteria, the sign of "mass" is assigned if the fact of participation of an individual in the charter of 10 or more legal entities is revealed. Lyudmila Kogan owns shares in at least 12 legal entities.

As the tax office previously explained, the register was specially created publicly to warn counterparties against interacting with such organizations. According to the fiscal authorities, the "mass" of the founder is the first sign of fictitiousness, since organizations can be created not for conducting real activities, but used for dubious operations, including tax evasion, Delovoy Petersburg reported.
