Sergei Konstantinov has been appointed Director of the Information Technology Department of the National Payment Card System (NSPK). Representatives of the NSPK reported this to TAdviser on September 15, 2025.

Sergey led the IT team and is responsible for developing and implementing the NSPK IT strategy, evaluating and implementing new technologies, managing IT projects and budgets.
