2013: Work in a full-cycle integrator at the federal level

Since 2013, he headed the information security division in the full-cycle integrator of the federal level. From 2013 to 2015, under his leadership, a number of large projects were implemented in several regions of Russia. Among such projects was the unification of all MFCs of the Rasnodar Territory into a single network, built in a secure version and providing integration with all the necessary state information systems. Also during this period, a number of projects were implemented to connect ministries and departments of the Republic of Crimea to the digital infrastructure of the Russian Federation.

2016: Afipa Refinery

Since 2016, he heads the IT infrastructure and information protection division of the Afip Oil Refinery. During this time, both as a senior executive and as a leading expert, he implemented many business digitalization initiatives. The IT management processes were transferred to the ITIL methodology, a legally significant paperless document flow was introduced, and the MES system was brought to a project role in the business. In addition, many improvements have been implemented to provide business with reliable information about technological processes, processes for the supply of raw materials and shipment of products and to improve the speed and quality of decisions made. Also, as part of the implementation of the requirements for the protection of critical information infrastructure, its own methodology for categorizing CII was developed and agreed with the FSTEC of Russia. The categorization process itself is carried out without involving third-party competencies. In 2020, the Afip refinery, for the first time in history, entered the Forbes rating, taking 122nd place.
