With honors graduated from economics department of the Moscow international university and a magistracy of Dartmouth College (USA) in the field of the humanities where got a prestigious grant of Davis Fellowship.

Career

Experience of Olga Kostrova in the field of FMCG marketing exceeds 15 years.

Worked in marketing divisions of such companies as Kraft Foods and Bacardi-Martini.

Having come in 2007 to a Wrigley business segment, it went a way from the new business manager to the director of a portfolio of dog food to Mars Petcare — one of the most perspective directions of the company in Russia. In the work Olga Kostrova achieved considerable success, having increased a portfolio of dog food in terms of money twice since 2013. Such growth became possible, thanks to focus on involvement of new consumers of category and to active development of a segment of portion wet forages.

On June 7, 2018 Olga Kostrova is appointed the marketing director of Mars Petcare in Russia. In this role she is responsible for long-term development of a portfolio of the Mars brands in category of forages for pets and also for development and deployment of strategy of their successful development in the Russian market.
