Education

Stanislav Kruglyashov graduated from the Sergo Ordzhonikidze State Academy of Management with a degree in Economics and Production Management, Lomonosov Moscow State University under the MBA Production Systems program, and the Institute for Advanced Training of Specialists at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Since August 2020, he headed PJSC "Plant Nizhny Novgorod Motor Ship" (ZNT).

2024: Appointment as General Director of Krasnoye Sormovo Plant

In mid-July 2024, Stanislav Kruglyashov was appointed General Director of Krasnoye Sormov instead of Mikhail Pershin, who led the enterprise for more than five and left his post ahead of schedule in April 2024. The United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC), which owns the enterprise, decided to replace it following an audit.

Prior to his appointment as general director of the Krasnoye Sormovo plant, he headed the Nizhny Novgorod Motor Ship Plant for 9 years, the main specialization of which is the construction of vessels of the technical and auxiliary fleet.

As specified at the Krasnoye Sormovo plant in mid-July 2024, Stanislav Kruglyashov has experience in industry and management of large enterprises. In particular, he held senior positions in the Siberian-Ural Aluminum Company and in the Rusal Company.

PJSC Krasnoye Sormovo Plant is one of the oldest Russian shipbuilding plants, founded in 1849. Over 75 years, more than three hundred submarines and rescue vehicles have been built and modernized at Krasnoye Sormov, 25 of them nuclear (by July 2024) The plant is building commercial fleet vessels that meet the requirements of international conventions on reliability and safety. By mid-July 2024, the company is a defendant in two arbitration proceedings with a total claim of 112.6 million rubles. The plaintiffs are the Ministry of Defense and Baltproekt LLC, Kommersant notes. [1]
