Kudryashova Elena Vladimirovna is the rector of the Northern (Arctic) federal university of M.V. Lomonosov.
Education
Graduated from the Arkhangelsk state teacher training college of M.V. Lomonosov (AGPI) in history and English (1983). Doctor of Philosophy, professor, full member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Author about 100 works on questions of management and leadership.
Career
Worked as the teacher of history and English at Rembuyevsky eight-year school of Holmogorsky district of the Arkhangelsk region (1983 — 1986). Studied in full-time postgraduate study (1987 — 1990), in internal doctoral studies at department of philosophy of the Moscow pedagogical state university (1994 — 1996). In 1990 defended the master's thesis "Social and philosophical problems in N.I. Bukharin's works" in "Philosophy history", in 1996 defended the doctoral dissertation on the subject "Leadership as Subject of the Social and Philosophical Analysis" in "Social philosophy".
Worked as the assistant, the senior teacher, the associate professor, professor, the head of a chair of philosophy of the Pomor state university of M.V. Lomonosov. Since 1999 held a number of positions in administration of the Arkhangelsk region: head of department of science and the higher school, associate director of Department of Education and Science.
Since June, 2008 — the deputy head of administration (deputy governor) of the Arkhangelsk region on social problems. In April, 2010 it is appointed the rector of the neogenic Northern (Arctic) federal university of M.V. Lomonosov.
Candidate for governors
At the end of January, 2012 Elena Kudryashova was nominated by United Russia Party as the candidate for a post of the governor of the Arkhangelsk region.
