Kurbatov Mikhail Yuryevich is the Russian statesman, the former Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.

Biography

Was born on October 7, 1981 in Leningrad, Russia.

Education

2003 - graduated from economics department of Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance in World economy.

Was trained in Mercuia Business College in Helsinki^[1].
