2025: Appointment as CEO of the largest cosmetics manufacturer in St. Petersburg "Nevskaya Cosmetics "
At the end of July 2025, it became known that Alexander Kurmanov was appointed to the post of general director of the largest cosmetics manufacturer in St. Petersburg, Nevskaya Cosmetics. In this position, he replaced Viktor Kononov, who led the enterprise since November 2022.
Kurmanov is the founder of the manufacturer of self-adhesive labels "Petroprint SPb": previously he headed this organization. He also owns 40% of Terma LLC and Ava LLC. Kurmanov's share in the structure of Nevskaya Cosmetics is 8.34%.
According to the Business News Agency, Kononov's resignation from the post of general director of Nevskaya Cosmetics is a logical continuation of changes in the company's management structure. Over the years, he was deputy CEO, oversaw marketing, and was heavily involved in brand development. Kononov's share in the shareholders of Nevskaya Cosmetics decreased from 22.09% in 2021 to 2.09%.
Nevskaya Cosmetics has production sites in St. Petersburg and Angarsk (Irkutsk Region). Products are produced under the brands "Sun," "Flowers of Love," "Brave Garden," "Type-Top," "Eared Nanny," "Mr. Chister," "New Pearl," etc. At the end of 2024, manufacturers of hygienic products JSC Khaijenik and JSC Oltex S.A. came under the control of Nevskaya Cosmetics. As a result, the list of brands was replenished with the trademarks Ola, TerezaMed, Versia and Tilly Milly. The deal allowed the company to strengthen its position in the feminine hygiene segment. In particular, as the Kommersant newspaper notes, thanks to the purchase of Khaijenik, Nevskaya Cosmetics was able to use the capacity of a manufacturer of feminine hygiene products in the Moscow Region, which produces about 3.6 billion women's gaskets per year.[1]
