Lagunkina Valentina Ivanovna

Biography

Was born in the settlement Pottery Gorshechensky district of Kursk region.

Upon termination of high school in 1971 moved to the city of Ivanteyevka of the Moscow region where arrived to work for factory of S.G. Lukin. On the job graduated from the Moscow mekhaniko-technology technical school of textile and light industry, then, in 1986, – All-Union correspondence institute of textile and light industry.

Career

From 1980 to 1986 worked in motorcade No. 1789 as the engineer, then – the acting as the deputy chief of a motorcade on the personnel and educational work, the secretary of a party bureau. During 1986-1987 - the director of Pushkin factory of an indposhiv and repair of clothes, from 1987 to 1990 – the instructor of organizational department Pushkin CPSU Group.

From 1990 to 1992 the associate director on the personnel in motorcade No. 1789.

In February, 1992 Ivanteyevka on social problems is appointed to the position of the deputy mayor. During operation in the city administration graduated from the Russian academy of public service at the President of the Russian Federation in a social work.

In February, 1998 headed Committee of social protection of the population of the Moscow region.

Since 2005 and as of January 16, 2013 – the minister of social protection of the population of the Government of the Moscow region.

Awards, ranks

V.I. Lagunkina is the gentleman of an Order of Honour, is awarded with Gratitude of the Governor of the Moscow region, Certificates of honor of the Governor of the Moscow region and the Moscow region duma, the medal "For Merits in front of the Moscow Region" and also the Sign of the Governor of the Moscow region "For useful".
