Biography

Was born in Khabarovsk on February 24, 1968

Education

Graduated from the Khabarovsk institute of the national economy majoring in Economist and the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation in "The public and municipal administration".

Career

• Labor activity of the beginnings in 1984 the pupil of the car mechanic of Kamchatavtotrans.
• In 1986 - 1988 – service in the ranks of the Soviet Army
• In 1991 - 1994 - the driver of the Khabarovsk production association of passenger motor transport.
• In 1995 - the treasurer of auditing department of Federal Treasury Department for Khabarovsk Krai.
• In 1995 - 2001 – work on executive positions in the commercial organizations.
• In 2001 - 2007 - the adviser to the deputy governor, the head of department of transport and material security of administration of the Kamchatka region, the adviser to the governor of the Kamchatka region, the acting as the head of representative office of administration of the Kamchatka region at the Government of the Russian Federation.
• In 2008 - 2013 - the head of Representation of the Governor and the Government of Kamchatka Krai at the Government of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
• 2/24/2013 it is appointed the Deputy Prime Minister of Kamchatka Krai (on work in Moscow).
• 4/23/2013 it is appointed the Deputy Prime Minister of Kamchatka Krai – the head of Representation of the Governor and the Government of Kamchatka Krai at the Government of the Russian Federation.
• Latyshev D. Yu. candidacy is approved by the resolution of Legislative Assembly of Kamchatka Krai of 6/24/2014 No. 829 at the session of Legislative Assembly of Kamchatka Krai for position assignment of the First vice governor of Kamchatka Krai.
