Lukyanchuk Evgeny

Evgeny Lukyanchuk was born on August 6, 1978 in the city of Sevastopol of the Crimean region.

In 1995 graduated from the Pacific naval institute of S.O. Makarov in the city of Vladivostok as "An engineer of technical operation of the transport radio equipment".

From 2003 to 2008 completed the technical and management directions number of courses.

From 2000 to 2003 served as the officer of personnel department in the Headquarters of the Pacific fleet. Upon termination of service passed into the sphere of telecommunications.

From 2003 to 2005 worked at positions of the technician of the distribution zone of department of operation of technical department, the chief engineer of the distribution zone of department of operation of technical department in Primtelefon company.

Since 2005 – the head of department of operation of network of technical department of MTS branch "Makroregiona the Far East", in August, 2006 is appointed to the position of the technical director of Seaside branch MTS.

Later passed into Seaside branch of VimpelCom where from September, 2008 to June, 2010 held a position of the head of department of operation of a mobile network of access.

July 26, 2010. The seaside branch of VimpelCom announced appointment as the technical director of the branch of Evgeny Lukyanchuk who was earlier holding a position of the head of department of operation of a mobile network of access.

The circle of fundamental obligations of the new technical director includes development of network of base stations, a switching equipment, broadband access into the Internet, wire telephony; confirmation of licenses for rendering services of a local, intercity and international telecommunication; management of technical directorate of Seaside branch.
