Education

Andrey Lukyanov was born in. A taiga, the Kemerovo region, in 1961. In 1984 graduated from fiziko-tekhnicheskoy faculty of Novosibirsk State Technical University. In 2004 graduated in The Open University (UK) Business School in the MBA program (Strategy).

Work experience

  • The labor way began in scientific research institute of Electronic instruments in 1984 where grew to the lead engineer.
  • From 1990 to 1992 – the technical specialist, and then the technical director of the company Elitar.
  • From 1992 to 1993 – the director of Connect Ltd.
  • In 1993 became the CEO of Intekon company.
  • In 1995 passed to a position of the business development manager into Motorola where grew to the regional office director.
  • In 2002 headed department of the INLINE Technologies strategic projects.
  • In 2004 – the sales director in Central and Eastern Europe in Viziqor Solutions (now – FTS).
  • In 2006 came to Microsoft to a position of the manager with strategic clients of telecom industry, since 2007 to transition to Optima Group directed department of sales of the Russian representative office of corporation.

Transition from Microsoft to Optima


In April, 2012 Andrey Lukyanov is appointed the commercial director of the block of information technologies of Optima group. The Optima Group Block of Information Technologies (BIT) is the six companies, each of which has an own product portfolio and the created industry attachment. "Therefore a priority of Commercial directorate of BIT I see creation of the mature system of corporate sales integrating all subsidiaries, development and strategy implementation of promotion of products and services of Optima Group and also, of course, entry into the new markets", - Andrey Lukyanov in connection with appointment said.

According to him, now the Russian IT market endures the period of the radical changes defining and new approaches to sales therefore big selectivity and flexibility in the relation to a product portfolio and also building of an effective system of customer relations are required. Lukyanov considers these areas priority for development of Optima Group.
