2021: Promsvyazbank decided to bankrupt Lyudmila Ananyev
As it became known at the end of April 2021, Promsvyazbank appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court with a statement declaring Dmitry Ananyev's wife bankrupt. This was reported in the file cabinet of arbitration cases. At the same time, the amount of Lyudmila Ananyeva's debt to the bank is not indicated there.
According to RIA Novosti, during the consideration of Promsvyazbank's claim for 282 billion rubles to the bank's former controlling persons, including its former owners Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev, the bank's lawyer said that Dmitry Ananyev, in anticipation of the adoption of measures by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to improve the credit institution, transferred ownership of all property owned by his wife and Velux Assets Limited.
The Moscow Arbitration Court has already declared Dmitry Ananyev himself bankrupt at the request of the bankrupt grain company Nastyusha, to which the ex-banker owed about 2.9 billion rubles. By the end of April 2021, the procedure for the sale of his property is ongoing. The bankruptcy decision says that the total amount of claims against Ananyev exceeds 283 billion rubles, while Promsvyazbank's claims for 278 billion rubles by the end of April 2021 have not yet been considered, production on them has been suspended.
Earlier in April 2021, the Moscow Arbitration Court seized the property of Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev and two former leaders of the Togliatti Avtovazbank (AVB Bank), which was part of the Promsvyazbank group, within 113.1 billion rubles.
The court seized money (including money that will be transferred to a bank account) or other property held by the defendants, with the exception of 80% of the monthly salary. The application Trust"" was partially granted - the bank asked to seize the property of the defendants, located both with them and with other persons.[1]
