Makaryev Eduard

On July 5, 2012 Eduard Makaryev entered a position of the head of office NEC Нева Коммуникационные Системы Ltd in St. Petersburg. Alexander Shevyakov holding this post earlier left the company on July 15 in connection with retirement, but will continue cooperation with NEC Нева Коммуникационные Системы Ltd as the consultant. Coordination of work and gain of positions of the company in North-West Region will become the main objective of the new head.

Biography

Eduard Evgenyevich Makaryev graduated from Cherepovets highest military college of radio electronics majoring in Radio communication in 1974, Military academy of communication (St. Petersburg) in 1985. From 1974 to 1999 served at command positions at first in troops of communication, since 1985 – in management of communication of the headquarters of the Leningrad Military District. From 1999 to 2000 held a position of the associate director of department of organizational legal support of operator activity of JSC Telekominvest, from 2000 to 2002 – the deputy CEO for technical issues and development of JSC Telecom XXI. From 2002 to 2004 held a post of the CEO of Joint limited liability company "Mobile TeleSystems". In 2004 worked as the deputy CEO for technical issues and development of JSC Telecom XXI. From 2005 to 2007 executed duties of the head of department of service of department of telecommunications, then – directors of the branch of Siemens LLC in St. Petersburg. From 2008 to June, 2012 held a position of the project director in Nokia Simens Netvorks LLC. It is awarded with the medal "For Services in Battle", the diploma of the Ministry of Communications of Republic of Belarus for a contribution to development of the communications industry in Belarus, has a rank "Honourable Radio Operator of the USSR".
