In 1989 he graduated from the Tyumen State Medical Institute with a degree in Medical Medicine.

Career

2020-2021

In October 2020, he took the post of Deputy Minister of Health of the Tula Region. Mikhail Malishevsky participated in the development and implementation of programs on issues providing for the development of medical and drug provision, the prevention of diseases. He helped in the implementation of measures for the hygienic education of the population and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, as well as the improvement of preventive, medical-diagnostic and medical-health work.

Prior to that, Malishevsky headed the medical faculty of Tyumen State University and the project office for combating cardiovascular diseases of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Markov became deputy chairman of the government of the Tula region in August 2020. In July 2021, he was also appointed Acting Minister of Health of the Tula Region.

2023: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Health of the Tula Region

In July 2023, it was announced the appointment of Mikhail Malishevsky as the new Minister of Health of the Tula Region. He replaced Dmitry Markov, who headed the regional department from 2021. Markov will remain in the Tula government as deputy chairman and will oversee the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the region's population and health care.

Malishevsky was engaged in methodological support for the implementation of the national project "Healthcare" as part of the coordination center of the Ministry of Health of Russia (federal project "Fight against cardiovascular diseases"), headed the department of the organization of inpatient medical care of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region.[1]

2024: TAdviser interview

The Tula region is an advanced region for automating interaction with residents.
