2026: Appointment as CEO of Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port

On January 30, 2026, Khachatur Martirosyan was appointed to the post of General Director of the Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port (Vladmorrybport OJSC). In this position, he replaced Alexander Evdokimov, who led the enterprise since 2024.

According to data from open sources, Martirosyan is an individual entrepreneur. Its main activity is the lease and management of its own or leased real estate. From September 2018 to March 2025, he was listed as a co-founder of Shipgard LLC, which specializes in security systems. In the documents of Vladmorrybport, Martirosyan previously appeared as a member of the audit and procurement committee of the stevedoring enterprise.

Vladmorrybport said that the appointment of a new CEO is a planned management decision. Personnel changes are aimed at further developing the infrastructure, improving the quality of service and creating additional opportunities for customers and partners. It is emphasized that all production and operational processes are carried out normally, and contractual obligations are fulfilled in full.

Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port is located on the southern shore of the ice-free Golden Horn Bay. The length of ten berths of the port is 2020 meters with depths from 9.75 to 11.5 meters. The total area of ​ ​ the facility exceeds 370 thousand square meters, of which more than 120 thousand are used for open warehouses. The territory has a modern container terminal equipped with high-performance transshipment equipment. The port has 31 portal cranes with a carrying capacity of 6 to 121 tons, three gantry container cranes on a pneumatic passage with a carrying capacity of 45 tons. All berths and warehouses have access railway tracks.[1]
