2020: Charge of illegal sale of instructions for treatment of COVID-19

At the end of November, 2020 it became known of service check which was initiated by the Ministry of Health of the Tver region after emergence of information on sale by the therapist of city hospital No. 6 of instructions for treatment of a coronavirus of COVID-19.

Valentina Maximova sold the scheme of treatment for COVID-19 on the page in Instagram. In the message which was deleted afterwards, the following was told:

The chief physician city clinical hospital No. 6 in Tver Vladimir Udalov accused Maximova of "illegal attempt of enrichment without license and confidence abuse of patients and also playing with feelings of fear". He promised to report materials office checks to law enforcement agencies.

Valentina Maximova claims that she sold the instruction for treatment for a coronavirus with "good intentions". It noted that long time worked on it "check sheet", selected the main points and prepared it for easy forms of a disease at out-patient treatment.

She added that she is registered as self-employed and can be engaged in business activity in off-duty hours.

Maximova emphasized that she has nothing to be ashamed as it "saves lives of people in "a red zone" for 7 hours every day", and its business is not earnings: she did not manage to sell any "check sheet" yet.

The Tver Ministry of Health said that the individual cannot perform medical activity without license. For it to the guilty person criminal sanction is prescribed.

Paid instructions on treatment of a coronavirus of COVID-19 even more often meet in social networks. Experts warn that they the majority them them are offered by swindlers.[1]
