Biography

Evgeny Miroshnikov is a participant and co-founder of a number of Belgorod IT projects and companies, such as City Parking (creation of parking spaces), FabIT (implementation of various projects - from creating simple web pages to large international IT services), Technologies of innovative development "(equipping vehicles with satellite monitoring systems), etc.

In 2016, Evgeny Miroshnikov headed the IT department of the Belgorod region.

2018: Head of Digital Development Department, Belgorod Region

On November 2, 2018, the Governor of the Belgorod Region Yevgeny Savchenko (who has headed the region since 1993) signed an order appointing Yevgeny Miroshnikov to the state post of head of the digital development department created in the regional government on October 8.

The Department is the executive authority of the region, authorized to conduct state policy in the field of informatization and information technology in the region. The staff of the new department is formed at the expense of the regional IT department, the newspaper reported D-Russia.ru[1].

2021: 19th place in the ranking of regional IT officials in terms of income

For the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the family income of the First Deputy Governor of the Belgorod Region - Minister of Digital Development of the Region Yevgeny Miroshnikov amounted to 11 million rubles. The official's personal income is 3.3 million rubles, the income of family members is 7.6 million rubles (including income from the sale of real estate and funds received by donation from close relatives). As a result, 19th place in the ranking of regional IT officials by income for 2021 according to CNews Analytics[2].
