Department of Digital Development of the Belgorod Region

Department of Digital Development of the Belgorod Region (established on October 8, 2018 in accordance with the order of the Government of the Belgorod Region dated October 8, 2018 No. 519-rp "On the creation of the Department of Digital Development of the Belgorod Region") is an executive body of the Belgorod region, ensuring the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of information technology, telecommunications, communications, information security and technical information protection, which manages in the established field of activity and coordinates activities in this area of ​ ​ other executive bodies, state bodies of the region.

2023: Sergei Chetverikov's appointment as new minister

On July 17, 2023, it became known about the appointment of Sergei Chetverikov as the new head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Belgorod Region. He replaced Yevgeny Miroshnikov, who combined this position with the post of deputy governor. Read more here.
