Biography

In 1983, Svetlana Mishina was educated at Moscow State University. Lomonosov. She also graduated from the Business School at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA).

From 1992 to 1995, she worked in the sales division for the oil and gas sector of IBM.

From 1995 to 1998, she worked in the sales department for the oil and gas sector of Hewlett-Packard.

From 1998 to 2010, she worked as a sales manager for the oil and gas industry and housing and communal services at Sun Microsystems.

In 2010, she moved to work as the head of the sales department for enterprises in the telecom, oil and gas industry, production, housing and communal services sectors of Oracle. She worked until 2012.

From the end of 2012 to January 2017, she served as Director of Dell Corporate Business in Russia (Midmarket, Public and Large Enterprise). During her time at the company, she ensured a steady growth in sales of Dell products and solutions in the shrinking segment of the Russian corporate market. Its merits also include updating the Dell sales channel by attracting the largest Russian system integrators as partners of the company.

As of June 2018, Svetlana Mishina heads the sales department of Dell EMC's corporate business in Russia. Professional manager with more than 20 years of sales experience in the IT market.
