I am glad that Nand joined our team and will bring his extensive experience to this new important role. }} The appointment is the latest step by the head of the CIA to review the agency's approach to technology and competition. {{quote 'Nothing will be as important to the future of the CIA and the US intelligence community as a whole as our ability to compete technologically. This is the main arena... to compete with China, he told lawmakers. All this reflects the extremely high priority that we will continue to attach to this set of issues, "he added. [1]
