2022: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Health of Udmurtia
In mid-August 2022, the Ministry of Health of the Udmurt Republic announced the appointment of Natalia Yakimova as the new head. Prior to that, she held the post of deputy minister, combining it with the performance of the duties of the head of the department.
Natalya Yakimova became the new Deputy Minister of Health of Udmurtia in February 2022. Then it was reported that she would deal with the development of the region's health care system, monitor the implementation of the national project "Healthcare" and the program "Modernization of primary health care." It will also be in charge of the personnel policy of medical institutions.
