In 2005-2011 - Head of the Department of Chronic Hemodialysis, Head of the Center for Extracorporeal Hemocorrection and Clinical Transfusiology of the Samara Regional Clinical Hospital named after M.I. Kalinin.
In 2011-2012 - Deputy Chief Physician for Economic Affairs of the Samara Regional Clinical Hospital named after M.I. Kalinin. In 2012-2013 - Deputy Director of TFCMI Samara Region.
In September 2013, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Health of the Samara Region.
2016-2021
In the spring of 2016, Modern Medical Technologies LLC (SMT) signed a contract for the maintenance and repair of tomographs in 22 Samara hospitals. A month later, investigative actions were initiated against the company, and OFAS in the region established that before the competition, SMT entered into a conspiracy with competitors.
According to the investigation, the company was helped by former Deputy Minister of Health Albert Navasardyan and several other people. In July 2019, Albert Navasardian was sentenced to three years in prison. After several appeals, the judicial board of the Samara Regional Court appointed Albert Navasardyan 2.6 years probation.
2022: Lifting the ban on holding public office
In February 2022, the Sixth Court of Cassation lifted from the ex-deputy head of the Ministry of Health of the Samara Region Albert Navasardyan and his former subordinate Maxim Kolobov the ban on holding positions in state authorities. We are talking about a criminal case of cartel conspiracy when concluding a contract for the maintenance of medical equipment for 768 million rubles.[1]
