Biography

Education

In 1995, Sergey Nazarov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

In 2001 he graduated from the graduate school of the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.

In 2007 he graduated from State University - Higher School of Economics.

Career

In 1994-2003, Nazarov held positions from sales technical support engineer at the Moscow representative office of AT & T to deputy sales director at the Moscow representative office of Lucent Technologies.

Sergey Nazarov worked at OJSC A in 2003 and until 2007. As the Director of the Customer Service Department, later - Deputy General Director, Commercial Director of OJSC SoundTelecom.

In 2007, he received the post of vice president of marketing of Komstar-OTS OJSC, and in February 2009 he transferred to the post of general director of Moscow City Telephone Network OJSC.

In 2009, he received gratitude from the Minister of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

In August 2010, Sergey Nazarov joined the MTS group as presidential adviser on fixed communications and broadband Internet access.

On December 4, 2013, Sergey Nazarov worked as vice president for commercial activities of AKADO Group of Companies.

2015: Appointment of Acado President and Comcor CEO

On October 23, 2015, Akado Group of Companies (GK) announced the appointment of Sergei Nazarov as president of Akado and general director of the capital's asset, Moscow Telecommunications Corporation OJSC (Komkor).

Previously, he served as CEO of Amedia TV (LLC A TV Series). His predecessor at Acado, Dmitry Dronov, worked as president of the group of companies for four months.

According to Acado's statements, the new manager and his team are tasked with quickly adapting the development strategy to new market conditions. Sergey Nazarov will build up the subscriber base at regional sites and preserve existing customers in Moscow, despite growing competition.

In the period from 2011 to 2014, the current president served as vice president of Acado Group of Companies and deputy general director for commercial issues of Comcor.

2020: CEO of Nat Bai Nat Holding

On September 25, 2020, it became known that Sergey Nazarov became the general director of Nat Bai Nat Holding LLC, a subsidiary of MegaFon. He took office on September 22, 2020.

The main tasks of Sergey at the head of the company were to further increase business efficiency, develop MegaFon's United converged products, including mobile communications, home Internet and digital television, including through partnerships under the FVNO model, as well as improve customer experience.
