Biography

Mikhail Olegovich Nechayev graduated from sociological faculty MSU.

Since 2007 Mikhail worked in ADV where in 2012 opened and headed the Havas Digital agency, and in 2015 integrated all digital of the agency of group in ADV Digital for development of direct business in the field of digital media and a creative.

For 3 years as a result of a series of victories the agency received a set of contracts, such as Sportmaster, Borjomi, Philip Morris, Materia Medica, Unilever, TNT. In the middle of 2018 under the leadership of Mikhail the cybersports hub based on the ADV Digital agency was started.

Since 2014 the teacher of the subject "Digital Media Channels" in MGIMO.

On January 10, 2019 it was announced Mikhail Nechayev's appointment to a position of the CEO of People & Screens. The founder of the agency Andrey Chernyshov passes to a position of the president and board member of People & Screens, and will continue to supervise questions of strategic development of business People & Screens and Dentsu Aegis Network Russia as the vice president of group.

Mikhail should strengthen management team of People & Screens in connection with the expansion of business and ambitious development plans for the agency requiring corresponding changes in management.

The new CEO will undertake operational management, control of implementation of strategic tasks, development of customer service and also a product line of the company.
