Nikonov Vladimir Alekseyevich

Vladimir Nikonov was born on January 7, 1952 in the settlement of Pavda of Novolyalinsky district of Sverdlovsk region.

In 1968 entered the Kuibyshev aviation institute where studied on department "aircraft construction" till 1974. Then on distribution got a job of the master of the Novosibirsk aircraft factory of Chkalov.

In 1975 it passes to work into Komsomol, at first the secretary of a factory cell, then district and regional committees of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. Graduated for these years from Academy of social sciences at the Central Committee of the CPSU (party and Soviet construction).

12 years later Vladimir Nikonov at the age of 35 years passes to work into the CPSU as the assistant manager department of organizational and party work of the Novosibirsk regional committee. Having worked in this position one year, he becomes the secretary of the party organization of the Novosibirsk aviation production association.

From 1991 to 1993 he is the head of department of production association. And in the 1993rd became the Deputy CEO of software of Chkalov. In this position worked till 2001. Latently got also one more higher education in "finance and the credit".

In 2002 the head of a chair "Financial management and financial technologies" of the Siberian institute of finance and banking, the Head of Department of the systems of communications of administration of the Novosibirsk region, the head of department of a transport complex and communication systems of administration of the region worked. At further integration of department remained his head.

Since 2006 deputy governor. With conversion of administration of the region to the government in 2010 became the Minister of Education, science and the innovation policy, having saved a post of the deputy head of the region. On October 21, 2014 left the regional government. On the same day Nikonov headed the Agency of investment development of the Novosibirsk region.
