Was born on June 16, 1958 in Orsk of the Orenburg region, Russia.
Education
1980 - graduated from the Ural polytechnical institute majoring in "Industrial heat-and-power engineeering".
Scientific degree
Candidate of Economic Sciences.
2006 - defended the dissertation in Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance on the subject "Strategic Questions of an Intensification of Implementation of Innovations on Industrial Enterprise"[3].
Career
1980 - 1988 - the master, the foreman, the supervising foreman, the deputy chief engineer in Assembling and constructing management No. 1 of Energospetsmontazh trust, the participant of construction of Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works[4].
On May 18 - on August 23, 1987 - the participant in recovery from the accident on [[Chernobyl The NPP|the Chernobyl NPP]] as the chief engineer of "The mounting area" where directly[5] ran works on an object Shelter[5].
1988 - 1992 - the chief engineer in Assembling and constructing management No. 90 on construction of the Ignalina nuclear power plant.
