1980 - graduated from the Ural polytechnical institute majoring in "Industrial heat-and-power engineeering".

2006 - defended the dissertation in Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance on the subject "Strategic Questions of an Intensification of Implementation of Innovations on Industrial Enterprise"^[3].

Career

1980 - 1988 - the master, the foreman, the supervising foreman, the deputy chief engineer in Assembling and constructing management No. 1 of Energospetsmontazh trust, the participant of construction of Kirovo-Chepetsk Chemical Works^[4].

On May 18 - on August 23, 1987 - the participant in recovery from the accident on [[Chernobyl The NPP|the Chernobyl NPP]] as the chief engineer of "The mounting area" where directly^[5] ran works on an object Shelter^[5].
