Thesis: "Valuation methods of activity of entrepreneurial structures"[2].

Career

1993 - - worked as 2001 in a banking system of the Russian Federation at executive positions, including the deputy director, the first deputy director of Northwest Territorial Department of SBS-Agro bank[3].

2000 - it is appointed the chairman of the board of the St. Petersburg bank "Northwest OVK", then the Deputy CEO of Management Company of Banking Group Obshchestv vzaimnogo credita Ltd.

2001 - held a post of the vice chairman of the board of Rosselkhozbank[3].

Since 2001 - held positions of the head of department of medical and improving complexes, the deputy CEO of the Medical center, the chief of the Head operational department in the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation.

December 8, 2008 - The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1830-r it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Sport, tourism and youth policy of the Russian Federation.

July 7, 2012 - The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1203-r it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation.
