2026: Recovery of 237 million rubles by Bashspirt
In January 2026, the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa recovered 237 million rubles from the former general director of Bashspirt, Rauf Nugumanov. This amount was claimed in favor of the enterprise to compensate for the damage caused by the crime. In addition, a state duty of 520 thousand rubles was collected from Nugumanov.
During the trial, it was found that in the period from 2019 to 2020, Bashspirt CEO Rauf Nugumanov violated procurement legislation and antimonopoly norms. He concluded a lease agreement for a non-residential building in Ufa with the Pushkin Educational Center company without competitive procedures and at an artificially high cost. As a result of this illegal act, from March 2020 to May 2024, the rental fee exceeded 85 million rubles.
Rauf Nugumanov served as General Director of Bashspirt from January 2019 to May 2022. This is not the first judgment against him. Earlier, the Kirovsky District Court has already recovered in solidarity with Nugumanov, the former director of the Bashspirt Trading House Alexander Kompanchenko and businessman Artur Khazigaleev more than 55 million rubles in favor of the Bashspirt TD. All of them were convicted in a criminal case of causing damage to an enterprise in the amount of over 100 million rubles, which the cassation instance returned to the prosecutor's office in December 2025.
The criminal investigation into the leaders of Bashspirt continues. In August 2025, the current general director of the enterprise, Raif Abdrakhimov, was detained in Ufa. The investigation believes that he did not terminate the unfavorable lease agreements concluded by the previous management. The damage caused in this way is estimated at 103 million rubles. Raif Abdrakhimov is being held in a pre-trial detention center.[1]
