Since 2012 Elena Ogol holds a post of the head of committee of information technologies of the Volgograd region, and before for many years directed city information center of Volgograd.

In 2013 the committee under the leadership of Ogol published more than 60 sets of open these regional authorities, put Electronic Registry and Electronic Record on Filing of Application about Marriage services into operation.
