Career

As of September 2014 - Executive Director (CEO) at Selectel. He was responsible for the operation and implementation of a number of important business projects.

Since March 2018, he has been the executive director of the blockchain startup SONM (Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining). He oversees the operating activities of the company, in the future he will also take over the launch of B2B sales and the development of new areas. Its main task is to launch the company's main product - a platform for decentralized blockchain-based "nebulous" computing - and bring it to the international market.^[1]

On February 26, 2019, the founder of the provider of IT infrastructure solutions for business SelectelLev Leviyev announced the change of the head of the company. Instead of Pavel Alimov, Oleg Lyubimov was appointed general director, who worked and held senior positions in the company since its inception.

Together with Oleg, we will concentrate on launching the next generation services, the growth of which is expected in Russia in the next 3-5 years: automatic container management systems, serverless computing, hybrid multi-cloud solutions. To ensure the development of these areas, we plan to commission 1,500 additional server racks in the next two to three years, - commented on the appointment of Lev Leviyev.

2023: Taking a stake in Selectel

In mid-December 2023, LVL1 Management, which owns Selectel, transferred a 3.735% stake in it to the heads of the data center operator. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). Read more here.
